Magic, mystery, impossible danger, fantastical creatures, mythical beasts, and a good dose of humor: all these elements can make for a compelling, immersive fantasy world. Sarah and Hunter love to explore worlds that aren't like their own, often on screen, sometimes via musical, and occasionally through a book (which Sarah will read aloud to Hunter). Their Fantasy Worlds Table includes some of the animated TV shows that take place in fantastical worlds that they've watched and loved. All of them share a few commonalities: lovable characters, a coming-of-age quest, otherworldly creatures, and the lightheartedness of knowing that everything will be okay in the end (an assurance they crave about their own world!).

It traces their journey from student rivals to "Wicked Witch of the West" and "Glinda the Good," respectively. The two fall in love with the same man, adding a layer of complexity to their fraught relationship (which results in Glinda being left at the altar).
