Premise: As the holidays approach, Clark Griswold wants to have a perfect family Christmas, so he pesters his wife, Ellen, and children as he tries to ensure everything is in order, including the tree and house decorations. However, things quickly go awry, and chaos reigns.
Favorite Moment: Hunter enjoyed watching the physical torture of Clark Griswold during the movie, because Chevy Chase is a jerk in real life. Sarah enjoyed watching the family chaos that wasn't happening to her own family.

Set Significance: The couple chose the classic truckster to represent the National Lampoon series of movies because there's no more iconic choice. The holiday house set they found is a replica of the Griswold home, all decked out for Christmas, just like in the movie (even complete with turkey dinner on the table inside).
Where It's Streaming: Appears only to be available for rent; the movie was released in 1989.
Reason They Watched: Hunter had never seen any National Lampoon movies, but liked to trash-talk them. Sarah argued that he needed to watch one of the movies at least before he had the right to talk trash. It was around the holidays that they had this conversation, so they decided to watch the Christmas Vacation movie.
