Find a missing piece on the floor? Did a piece break off a set while you were touching it? Fear not! There are two Missing Pieces stations in the museum, housed in magnetic red brick boxes. One is located on the upstairs fridge and the other on the downstairs fridge. At each station, you will find plastic baggies and labeling supplies.

  1. When you find a missing piece somewhere, take notice of where you find it. Can you tell which set it goes with? If a piece breaks off from a set while you are interacting with it, try to determine where it broke off. In both cases, if repair is possible and you are comfortable doing it, try that as a first step.

  2. If repair is not possible, go to the nearest Missing Pieces station, located on both floors of the venue, on the fridge. Take a baggie and the labeling supplies, put the piece(s) inside, and label where you found them. If you know what set they go with, write the set name on the baggie. If you don't know which set the piece(s) go with, describe where you found the pieces, including what set or sets the piece(s) were closest to.

  3. Seal the baggie with the piece(s) inside and return it to the red brick box, which serves as the Missing Pieces station. Try to put it behind the empty baggies so that the next person doesn't get confused when they reach for a baggie.

  4. If you need help at any time, please don't hesitate to ask one of our Master Builders.

This is an example of what you're looking for on either fridge at the wedding venue.
