As you'll notice, the Swordfish set is not actually on display. It was a set that couldn't be finished, but by the time the couple discovered that, they had already written the story for Cowboy Bebop. So, they got creative (and cheeky).
Premise: A group of bounty hunters on the spaceship, Bebop, struggle to make ends meet in this space western.
Favorite Moment: At the end of the series, after a long history of avoiding his past, Spike finally confronts it (and an old colleague) in a church. The final scene ends with Spike collapsing in a pool of his own blood, and the series closes with uncertainty around whether he lives or dies.
Significance of the Set: The set is a replica of Spike's fighter ship, the Swordfish, which is frequently seen throughout the series.
Where It's Streaming: Crunchyroll and Hulu; the finale aired in 1999.
Their Reason for Watching: Space westerns are cool, and Hunter wanted Sarah to experience one of his favorite shows with him. Hunter had a plush of the dog in the series, Ein, long before he met Sarah.
